About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer III at Nike, you’ll be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and deploying changes within the Workday Payroll, Leaves, and Benefits ecosystem. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, accuracy, and performance of payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain payroll modules within Workday.
• Configure payroll processes, deductions, tax setups, and pay components.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Analyze, debug, and resolve system issues while maintaining full documentation.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Compliance teams to deliver timely technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Workday Payroll configuration and deployment.
• Workday Payroll Pro Certification preferred.
• Experience with Workday EIB, Global Core Connectors, and Report Writer.
• Strong understanding of the software implementation lifecycle and SaaS models.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
