Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date records of receipts and stock cards.
- Issue materials using the FIFO (First-In-First-Out) method only.
- Receive, unload, and properly shelve all incoming supplies.
- Carry out stock-related duties such as returning, packing, pricing, and labeling materials.
- Inspect all deliveries for damages or discrepancies and report to the Manager for action.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation for stock control and record-keeping.
- Keep the store properly organized, secure, and clean at all times.
- Notify the Center Manager when stock approaches reorder levels to trigger restocking.
Requirements
- Education: OND qualification required.
- Experience: 1–3 years in inventory management, warehousing, or a related role.
- Strong record-keeping and attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
