About the Role
In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated therapeutic-style responses for empathy, emotional insight, clarity, and appropriateness. You will compare multiple responses, identify strengths and weaknesses, and rewrite outputs when necessary to improve quality and safety.

Required for All Candidates
- Ability to commit 6–7 hours by Thursday end of day
- Attendance at mandatory Wednesday morning onboarding (EST)
- Excellent written English
