The Role
You will be the operational backbone of Montclair Chef
Your role is to ensure that every internal system, workflow, and operational process runs smoothly so the founder can focus on brand, sales, and strategic growth.
This role prioritizes execution over vision. You are responsible for turning strategy into reliable daily operations.
This is a fully remote position, ideally aligned with UK or Western European time zones to support both U.S. and European operations. You will report directly to the founder.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor paid advertising performance, adjust budgets, and flag underperforming campaigns.
- Maintain and update website content across 40+ pages, including SEO and AI visibility.
- Ensure CRM and pipeline accuracy through tagging, data hygiene, and stage management.
- Maintain lead-tracking dashboards and flag KPI anomalies.
- Oversee automation workflows, AI routing, and system integrations.
- Manage invoicing follow-ups and flag overdue accounts.
- Track monthly expenses and highlight unnecessary spend.
- Coordinate daily tasks with a distributed remote team.
- Maintain recruitment SOPs and document new processes.
- Handle recruiter onboarding, system access, and training materials.
- Schedule and publish social media content.
- Monitor security, spam filtering, and bot traffic.
- Coordinate background checks at trial stages.
- Manage newsletter distribution and subscriber lists.
- Oversee community moderation with virtual assistants.
- Ensure post-placement follow-up communications.
- Maintain existing AI and automation systems.
- Support hiring by screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, or agency coordination.
- Hospitality or luxury service experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable managing multiple software platforms simultaneously.
- Highly detail-oriented and proactive.
- Experienced working with remote teams.
- Calm under pressure, high standards, low ego.

Compensation
€70,000 – €95,000 annual equivalent
