Who is this for?
Applicants applying for competitive funding, study visas, academic programs, research grants, or professional proposals needing expert-level positioning.

3. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a woman
- Must reside in Nigeria (eligible country)
- Must have a minimum of 1–3 years of relevant experience (depending on selected track)
- Must have a good command of the English language
- Must be able to commit 10–15 hours per month
There is no age limit for this programme.
4. Programme Tracks
Applicants are required to select only one track based on their background and experience:
4.1 Policy and Diplomacy
- Suitable for individuals in government, NGOs, ICT, or policy-related roles
- Also appropriate for those transitioning into technology policy
4.2 Incident Response (Technical Track)
- Suitable for professionals in IT, networking, or system administration
- Requires basic knowledge of Linux or Windows systems
4.3 Criminal Justice
- Suitable for legal professionals, law enforcement officers, and investigators
4.4 Cyber and Artificial Intelligence
- Suitable for individuals interested in AI and cybersecurity policy
- Focus on technology and governance
