The Professionals Japan Visit Program for Co-creation (Animation Production) is part of the Japan-Africa Youth Program, an international exchange initiative promoted by Japan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and implemented by the Japan International Cooperation Center (JICE). 💰 What does “fully funded” mean here?
JICE states that participation in the program and travel expenses are free of charge. However, this does not mean every personal expense is covered.
