About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from warehousing, fleet management, procurement, customer orders, and other sources.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs such as inventory turnover, delivery timelines, order accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Conduct trend, variance, and root-cause analyses to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Provide data-driven insights to support demand forecasting, route planning, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, finance, and IT teams to align reporting with business objectives.
- Automate recurring reporting processes and streamline data workflows.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and actionable manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in data analytics, statistics, IT, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
Salary & Working Hours
- Salary: ₦250,000 / Month
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 8AM – 6PM; Saturday: 8AM – 5PM
- Work Mode: Fully On-Site, Ladipo, Lagos
