Job Requirements
- First degree in Accounting with 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Previous accounting experience within an NGO is an advantage.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and reasoning skills.
- Preferred age range: 21–35 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely internal and external financial reports.
- Maintain and update internal accounting controls to global best standards.
- Manage cash flow, payroll, accounts receivable, prepayments, and debt collection.
- Ensure accountability and transparency across all financial operations.
