Content Developer – Detail & Avedia Consulting, Lagos
Detail and Avedia Consulting is looking for a talented Content Developer to join our Lagos-based team. If you’re passionate about creating engaging content, developing original show concepts, and driving brand visibility across digital and media platforms, this full-time role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage end-to-end content production.
- Research industry topics and generate innovative content ideas.
- Write, edit, and proofread blogs, articles, website copy, social media, newsletters, and scripts.
- Develop creative show concepts, pitch them internally/externally, and manage full production from ideation to execution.
- Collaborate with media teams and stakeholders to produce multimedia content.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and guidelines.
- Optimize content for SEO, audience engagement, and performance.
- Manage content lifecycle: ideation, approvals, publishing, and updates.
- Monitor performance using analytics tools and refresh existing content as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–4 years’ experience as Content Developer, Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
- Proven experience in show development, pitching, and production management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and collaboration tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design, video editing, or multimedia content creation is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Remuneration
Salary: N400,000 monthly
