This is a full-time role for an experienced procurement professional with expertise in aerospace, intelligence systems, and engineering procurement. Job Summary
The Procurement Manager will oversee the strategic sourcing of technology, aerospace components, embedded systems, software, hardware, and engineering services. The role involves end-to-end procurement including vendor selection, negotiation, contract management, and compliance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a procurement strategy for aerospace and intelligence systems.
- Source, evaluate, and select vendors for tech and engineering equipment.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements.
- Manage vendor performance, compliance, and innovation delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, aerospace, cybersecurity, and data teams.
- Implement RFP, bidding, and structured procurement processes.
- Monitor global market trends to maintain procurement competitiveness.
- Report procurement KPIs, cost savings, and vendor metrics to executives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or IT.
- 3–4 years of procurement experience, with 2+ in management.
- Strong background in aerospace, tech, or intelligence systems sourcing.
- Proven contract negotiation and vendor management experience.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, aerospace, data platforms, cybersecurity.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
