Role Overview

The Business Development Officer will spearhead client acquisition, design marketing strategies, and ensure monthly sales targets are met. This role is perfect for a self-driven individual passionate about sales, marketing, and business growth in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote travel and financial packages.
• Identify potential clients (both individuals and corporates).
• Leverage social media, digital platforms, and field marketing to drive sales.
• Prepare compelling proposals and follow up with prospects.
• Work closely with management to consistently meet monthly sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills

• OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Tourism, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, sales, and persuasion skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.

Salary & Benefits

₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly, with growth opportunities based on performance.
