Job Overview

The Facility Technician will support the Facility Lead in ensuring that the hospital’s buildings and equipment are well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently. The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide quality service in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out essential facility maintenance tasks such as electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
• Assist with facility management activities across various locations when required.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and reports.
• Oversee repairs and servicing of equipment, systems, and structures.
• Support facility space management including layout, allocation, and relocations.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify safety hazards and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of an OND in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of facility management systems.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physically fit and open to working flexible hours.
