Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell Mshel Homes’ properties to both new and existing clients.
- Leverage your active clientele base to generate immediate sales.
- Attend weekly Monday meetings and other company engagements.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and client follow-ups.
Requirements
- Proven track record in real estate sales.
- Must have an active clientele base or hot leads.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Reside in Lagos (preferably Lekki/Ikate).
- Available to resume immediately.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary begins after 1–3 months of active sales.
- 7% commission on every closed deal.
- Marketing support including flyers, ID card, newsletters, mobility, and call cards.
