Job Overview

The Construction Supervisor will lead the planning and execution of construction campaigns for key projects. From providing constructability input during design to overseeing field execution, this role ensures safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the project plan while ensuring adherence to schedule, specifications, and quality standards.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to guarantee client satisfaction.
• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including material requests.
• Develop and maintain Quality Control and Safety Plans across the site.
• Prepare daily/weekly schedules, reports, and maintain project documentation.
• Communicate with engineers, designers, inspectors, and relevant authorities.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues or scheduling conflicts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / B.Eng in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in construction supervision within oil and gas facilities.
• Knowledge of EPC standards, methodologies, and cost reporting.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and scheduling software.
• Strong leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
