About the Role

The Sales Manager will oversee B2C operations, ensuring smooth product delivery, consistent market growth, and achievement of a 100,000 monthly case target. You will lead the team, monitor market activity, and ensure effective merchandising across outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales across all product categories and SKUs.
  • Ensure team members achieve sell-out targets.
  • Collect and analyze daily market intelligence.
  • Grow the customer base through acquisition and retention.
  • Supervise in-store merchandising and promotions.
  • Reconcile and track daily cash collections.
  • Monitor warehouse stock availability daily.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team for performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 4–6 years of FMCG sales experience.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow sales teams.
  • Strong leadership and reporting skills (Excel proficiency required).
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Kogi State.
