About the Role
The Sales Manager will oversee B2C operations, ensuring smooth product delivery, consistent market growth, and achievement of a 100,000 monthly case target. You will lead the team, monitor market activity, and ensure effective merchandising across outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales across all product categories and SKUs.
- Ensure team members achieve sell-out targets.
- Collect and analyze daily market intelligence.
- Grow the customer base through acquisition and retention.
- Supervise in-store merchandising and promotions.
- Reconcile and track daily cash collections.
- Monitor warehouse stock availability daily.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team for performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 4–6 years of FMCG sales experience.
- Proven ability to manage and grow sales teams.
- Strong leadership and reporting skills (Excel proficiency required).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Kogi State.
