Krystal Medical Centre, a trusted healthcare provider in Magodo Phase 2, Lagos, is seeking a smart and presentable Female Receptionist / Front Desk Officer to join its team. This is a full-time role for candidates passionate about delivering excellent first-contact service in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors warmly to create a positive first impression.
- Maintain a calm and organized reception environment.
- Collect and accurately update patient records.
- Log daily registrations and manage digital backups via Microsoft Excel.
- Answer phone calls professionally and schedule appointments.
- Coordinate patient flow across hospital departments.
- Assist with forms, inquiries, billing, and payments.
- Reassure and support patients during stressful moments.
- Keep reception neat, functional, and well-stocked.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Generate front desk reports and maintain documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- OND/HND in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- 1–2 years’ relevant experience (healthcare setting is an advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hospital systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
- Smart, detail-oriented, and a fast learner.
- Must live in or around Magodo, Shangisha, Ketu, Ikosi, Berger, or Ikeja.
- Available to start immediately.
