Who is this for?

FMR Agency is currently hiring a Content Creator / Social Media Manager (Hybrid) to join their dynamic team in Bodija, Ibadan. This role blends creativity with structure—you’ll not only design engaging content that connects with audiences online but also maintain accurate sales records that support the agency’s daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and publish engaging photos, videos, and copy for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Manage social media accounts, respond to messages, and grow the company’s online community.
  • Provide accurate product and service information to customers online and via phone.
  • Assist customers promptly with inquiries while maintaining a professional brand voice.
  • Record daily sales transactions using digital tools and support the sales executive team.
  • Ensure all sales and online engagement activities align for transparency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • National Diploma (ND) or higher qualification.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in content creation, social media management, or sales/inventory record-keeping.
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
  • Ability to design creative content—graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales or inventory software (added advantage).
  • Proactive, trustworthy, and highly organized personality.
  • Fluent in English.

Salary & Benefits

Successful candidates will earn a competitive monthly salary of N100,000 plus growth opportunities in a hybrid structure (4 days onsite, 2 days remote weekly).
