About the Role
The Assistant Brand Manager is the creative bridge between marketing strategy and design execution. You will be responsible for bringing brand stories to life through packaging, digital content, social media campaigns, and in-store experiences that resonate with consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate marketing strategies into impactful design concepts and brand visuals.
- Develop packaging, promotional materials, and trade assets to strengthen shelf appeal.
- Create engaging digital content, including graphics, animations, and social media assets.
- Ensure consistency in brand guidelines and visual identity across platforms.
- Stay updated on consumer trends and integrate them into innovative design solutions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and R&D to align outputs with business goals.

Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc. or HND in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in design, branding, or visual communication (agency or FMCG preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Figma).
- Experience with packaging design, social media creatives, and content strategy.
- Knowledge of 3D animation, motion graphics, and storyboarding is an advantage.
- Strong project management, detail orientation, and presentation skills.
