About the Role
The Customer Care Officer will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction through timely support and quality service. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong relationships that enhance loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide product information, guidance, and troubleshooting support.
- Resolve complaints or escalate complex issues where necessary.
- Build rapport with customers and follow up on unresolved cases.
- Share customer feedback with internal teams to improve services.
- Maintain service quality in line with SLAs and company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a call center or customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and calmness under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and willingness to work in dynamic environments.
