Executive Officer – Export at FlexFilms Limited
FlexFilms Limited, the global film manufacturing division of Uflex Limited, India’s largest multinational flexible packaging solutions company, is hiring an Executive Officer – Export for its Ogun, Nigeria operations. With facilities across Asia, Europe, North America, CIS, and Africa, FlexFilms has a production capacity exceeding 452,600 MT per annum.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and manage export proceeds form (NXP) after proforma clearance.
- Book vessel space, secure container allocation, and ensure documentation is completed on time.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, forwarders, and plant teams for timely container movement.
- Prepare invoices and packing lists immediately after loading for NESS triggers.
- Process NESS fee payments on the Trade Monitoring Portal (TRM) and follow up for CCI issuance.
- Handle COO, COM, and GSP endorsements for customs clearance.
- Dispatch export documents within 3 days of vessel departure to ensure clients receive them ahead of arrival.
- Maintain export control sheets and prepare weekly reports.
- Amend Bills of Lading where necessary and manage freight uploads on shipping portals.
- Follow up with shipping lines for freight and invoice settlements.
- Oversee banking operations tied to export payments and documentation.
Salary
₦200,000 – ₦300,000 monthly.
