About the Role
This is a hands-on role for professionals who thrive on creativity, analytics, and strategy. You will design and execute campaigns across multiple digital channels, drive qualified leads, and work closely with sales teams to convert prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-performing campaigns on social media, Google Ads, email, and other channels.
- Drive quality lead generation and optimize conversions using CRM tools.
- Create compelling content and ad creatives tailored to target audiences.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads into successful deals.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing (real estate experience is a strong advantage).
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, paid ads, and email marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot/CRM, or similar tools.
- Strong communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
