They are seeking a motivated Female NYSC Corp Member to serve as Front Desk / Admin Support at their Magodo, Lagos office.

Role Overview

This role provides a supportive and professional environment for a serving female corp member who is eager to gain real office experience in administration and client-facing duties. You will be the first point of contact for visitors while also providing essential back-office support to different departments.

Front Desk Duties

  • Welcome and attend to visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
  • Direct guests to the appropriate departments or staff members.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable reception area.
  • Answer, screen, and forward calls promptly.
  • Provide accurate responses to general inquiries.
  • Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.

Administrative Support
