They are seeking a motivated Female NYSC Corp Member to serve as Front Desk / Admin Support at their Magodo, Lagos office.

Role Overview
This role provides a supportive and professional environment for a serving female corp member who is eager to gain real office experience in administration and client-facing duties. You will be the first point of contact for visitors while also providing essential back-office support to different departments.
Front Desk Duties
- Welcome and attend to visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
- Direct guests to the appropriate departments or staff members.
- Maintain a clean and presentable reception area.
- Answer, screen, and forward calls promptly.
- Provide accurate responses to general inquiries.
- Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
Administrative Support
- Handle clerical tasks including photocopying, scanning, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist with data entry and database maintenance.
- Support meeting and appointment coordination.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Track and report office supplies usage.
- Provide cross-departmental administrative assistance as required.
Requirements
