Belgium ICP Connect Scholarships 2025/2026 | Fully Funded Study in Belgium
The Belgium ICP Connect Scholarships 2025/2026, funded by VLIR-UOS, provide a fully funded opportunity for outstanding students from Africa, Asia, and Latin America. These scholarships enable candidates to pursue English-taught Masterβs programs at top Flemish universities in Belgium. The goal is to prepare graduates as agents of change who can return home and drive sustainable development.
Scholarship Benefits

- Round-trip travel costs to and from Belgium
- Comprehensive insurance package
- Monthly stipend to cover accommodation and living expenses
Funding covers the full duration of the program (1β2 years). No partial support or extensions are granted.
Eligibility Requirements
- Citizen and resident of one of the 30 eligible countries.
- Below 35 years (for initial Masterβs) or 45 years (for advanced Masterβs) as of January 1, 2026.
- Preference for applicants with experience in higher education, government, or civil society. Strongly motivated graduates and private sector professionals are also eligible.
- Can only apply for one ICP program per year and must not have studied in Belgium or previously received a Belgian scholarship.
Selection Criteria
- Motivation & Commitment: Clear plan on how studies will contribute to development in home country.
- Professional Experience: Preference for applicants with demonstrated capacity to apply knowledge practically.
- Diversity: Attention to gender balance, regional representation, and inclusion of underrepresented groups.
