This Concept Assistant contract role gives creative students and early-career designers a real chance to work on event concepting, moodboards, and experiential storytelling. You’ll support the Concept Designers and Concept Lead at Atinudah Concepts, sourcing visuals, formatting decks, and helping shape ideas from brief to visual direction.

Key Responsibilities
- Source high-quality imagery and references for moodboards and creative decks.
- Organize visual flows that match brand tone, event goals, and audience experience.
- Assist in deck creation: layout, placeholder visuals, and light copy support.
- Participate in brainstorms and contribute ideas for themes and activations.
- Research trends in culture, design, and event experiences to strengthen storytelling.
- Maintain an internal library of references, inspiration boards, and project folders.
Who we’re looking for
- 1–2+ years experience in visual research, creative projects, or design (student projects and internships count).
- A strong visual eye and storytelling sense.
- Familiarity with Pinterest, Canva, Figma, Google Slides (bonus: Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign).
- Organized file-structuring, attention to layout quality, and task tracking skills.
- Comfort working remotely, receiving feedback, and iterating quickly.
- Proactive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn.
Nice-to-have (bonuses)
- Experience designing for events, campaigns, or stage activations.
- Light animation or motion-design skills.
