Customer Service & Marketing Supervisor Job in Abuja

Handyman Daige Properties, a trusted real estate development company based in Abuja, is hiring a Customer Service & Marketing Supervisor. This full-time role is based in Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT) and offers an exciting opportunity to lead client engagement, sales, and team performance in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of sales strategies
• Guide and motivate the team to achieve set goals
• Work closely with team members and prospects to close deals
• Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships
• Request and organize seasonal trainings for staff
• Create a positive and enabling work environment
• Meet with clients and prospects to present real estate offers
• Oversee preparation and approval of agreements, leases, and contracts
• Coordinate property deals and ensure payment/documentation is completed
• Organize property viewings for prospective buyers
• Liaise between sellers and buyers to facilitate smooth transactions
• Conduct property inspections before closing deals
• Provide periodic reports using CRM systems

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Marketing or a related field
• 5–7 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet set targets
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong advantage: previous experience in real estate sales
• Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
