Customer Service & Marketing Supervisor Job in Abuja
Handyman Daige Properties, a trusted real estate development company based in Abuja, is hiring a Customer Service & Marketing Supervisor. This full-time role is based in Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT) and offers an exciting opportunity to lead client engagement, sales, and team performance in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies
- Guide and motivate the team to achieve set goals
- Work closely with team members and prospects to close deals
- Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships
- Request and organize seasonal trainings for staff
- Create a positive and enabling work environment
- Meet with clients and prospects to present real estate offers
- Oversee preparation and approval of agreements, leases, and contracts
- Coordinate property deals and ensure payment/documentation is completed
- Organize property viewings for prospective buyers
- Liaise between sellers and buyers to facilitate smooth transactions
- Conduct property inspections before closing deals
- Provide periodic reports using CRM systems
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Marketing or a related field
- 5–7 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet set targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong advantage: previous experience in real estate sales
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
