Job Overview
We are recruiting a Front Office Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our hotel’s front desk. The role requires strong leadership, excellent guest service, and the ability to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every visitor.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee front office operations including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Deliver excellent guest service by addressing requests, complaints, and special needs promptly.
- Train, schedule, and supervise front office staff to maintain service excellence.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest readiness.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts, payments, and reports.
- Enforce hotel policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Monitor and maintain front office equipment.
- Assist in staff performance evaluations and improvements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly front office reports.
- Serve as the main contact for VIP guests, groups, and events when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 1–2 years of work experience in hospitality or a related role.
