Job Overview
In this role, youβll be responsible for crafting detailed STEM-based prompts, defining evaluation standards, and assessing AI model outputs to ensure accuracy and scientific rigor.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and refine prompts with multiple constraints in biology, physics, or chemistry
- Create rubrics that define standards for correct and high-quality answers
- Test and grade AI model outputs against expected responses
- Collaborate on QA reviews to ensure reliability and consistency
Qualifications
- Minimum: BS/BA in Biology, Physics, or Chemistry
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
- Solid understanding of undergraduate-level STEM concepts
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in teaching, research, or applied STEM fields
