As a STEM Expert, you’ll design scientifically rigorous prompts and rubrics that test advanced AI models. Job Overview

In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting detailed STEM-based prompts, defining evaluation standards, and assessing AI model outputs to ensure accuracy and scientific rigor.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine prompts with multiple constraints in biology, physics, or chemistry
• Create rubrics that define standards for correct and high-quality answers
• Test and grade AI model outputs against expected responses
• Collaborate on QA reviews to ensure reliability and consistency

Qualifications

• Minimum: BS/BA in Biology, Physics, or Chemistry
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
• Solid understanding of undergraduate-level STEM concepts

• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in teaching, research, or applied STEM fields

Work Details

• Remote and asynchronous – flexible schedule
