The Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for members, visitors, and vendors. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome members, visitors, and vendors, directing them appropriately.
- Handle and forward incoming calls to relevant departments.
