Brand Manager Job in Lagos – Milk & Dairy Products

About the Role
The Brand Manager will spearhead strategy and execution for milk and dairy brands, ensuring strong market positioning and consumer loyalty. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee campaigns, and analyze brand performance to sustain competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute compelling brand strategies aligned with consumer insights.
- Lead 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital) to drive awareness and conversions.
- Collaborate with R&D for product innovation and successful launches.
- Analyze market trends and consumer data to anticipate opportunities and threats.
- Track KPIs, report brand health, and deliver actionable insights.
- Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and external agencies for seamless execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- At least 5 years’ FMCG brand management experience, especially in dairy.
- Proven success in brand building and marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and FMCG trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
