Role Overview

This full-time role requires a proactive professional to manage city-wide sales, lead a motivated team, and strengthen OPPO’s market presence in Lagos Island.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow sales across the assigned region to meet targets.
• Develop strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals.
• Monitor competitors and market trends, providing actionable insights.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain excellent satisfaction levels.
• Analyze and report on sales performance and operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards across operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
