Job Details
- Job Title: Account Clerk

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record all financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Reconcile lounge income including bar, food, and other sales.
- Maintain petty cash and track all expenses properly.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales summaries.
- Assist with monthly financial statements and reports.
- Follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances.
- Organize and maintain documentation for audits and reviews.
Qualifications & Skills
- OND / HND / B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (hospitality experience is an advantage).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
