We are currently recruiting a Female Customer Service Representative for an automobile company based in Ajah–Lekki, Lagos. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are social media savvy, tech-smart, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Provide accurate information about company products and services.
• Handle complaints with professionalism and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Create and manage engaging content for the company’s social media pages.
• Engage potential clients online and help promote the company’s brand presence.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to share customer insights.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be female and reside around Ajah/Lekki.
• Proven ability to use social media platforms effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Previous experience in customer service is an added advantage.

Salary: N100,000 Monthly (No accommodation provided).
