Remote Digital Marketing & Branding Specialist
Are you a creative, driven marketer ready to help launch a brand from zero? We’re hiring a Digital Marketing & Branding Specialist (remote) to lead our strategy, shape our identity, and deliver impact. This is your chance to think big, build foundational systems, and leave your mark.
What You’ll Do
- Define and lead our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for product/service launches.
- Establish brand identity — voice, visuals, messaging, and positioning.
- Create marketing assets (graphics, campaigns, content) from scratch.
- Develop processes and workflows for marketing operations.
- Track performance and iterate — what’s working, what’s not.
- Communicate consistently and transparently with the leadership team.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and brand development.
- Hands-on knowledge of GTM frameworks and brand building.
- Creative problem-solver who can juggle ideas and execution.
- High standards, attention to detail, and consistency in delivery.
- Goal-oriented mindset, with ability to thrive in fast-paced settings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Availability aligned with Mountain Time (MT) hours for occasional overlap.
Why Join Us
- A leadership opportunity to shape a brand from the ground up.
- A collaborative and supportive environment open to new ideas.
- Work at your own pace while delivering real impact.
- Potential for ongoing work or future roles if performance shines.
Compensation & Logistics
This is a contract / fixed-price arrangement. You’ll receive USD 2,400–3,000 per annum equivalent (adjusted pro rata). The schedule is flexible — you manage your hours, but we expect output and consistency. If this initial role succeeds, there may be room for growth or more projects.
