Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality scripts for payer calls focused on eligibility and benefits verification for infusion therapies.
• Address payer-specific elements such as:
  • Medical vs. pharmacy benefit distinctions
  • Step therapy and prior authorization requirements
  • Site-of-care rules
  • Buy-and-bill vs. specialty pharmacy workflows
