Job Summary
The Assistant Baker will support daily bakery production at Bonjour Bakery, Ughelli. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment to prepare doughs, bake goods, maintain cleanliness, and help the team deliver consistent, high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare doughs, fillings, and basic batter mixes using established recipes and measures.
- Operate ovens and basic bakery equipment under supervision.
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product quality.
- Assist with portioning, shaping, and finishing of bakery items.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Package finished goods and help with display rotation where required.
- Maintain a clean and organized production area.
