Job Overview:

We’re searching for confident, creative, and goal-driven young ladies who are passionate about social media, customer engagement, and sales. Successful candidates will receive professional training and gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, real estate sales, and customer relations—earning as much as N350,000 or more monthly through salary, commissions, and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute effective social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
  • Recruit, train, and manage independent marketers and consultants to drive real estate sales.
  • Prepare proposals, PowerPoint presentations, sales letters, and creative marketing content.
  • Advertise company products and services both online and offline to increase brand visibility.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and professional resolutions.
  • Promote estate properties to prospective clients through direct and digital marketing.
  • Invite and follow up with new consultants for weekly training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing or social media management (training provided).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of digital tools, online advertising, and customer service principles.
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Lekki/Ajah/Ibeju-Lekki axis.
