About the Programme
This structured two-year programme provides hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to GBfoods Africa’s dynamic operations. You’ll gain experience across various functions and markets while contributing to impactful projects that drive sustainable growth.

Who is this for?
Applicants applying for competitive funding, study visas, academic programs, research grants, or professional proposals needing expert-level positioning.
Applicants must be residents or citizens of:
- Ghana
- Nigeria
- Algeria
Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science & Technology, Agricultural Science & Technology, Chemical Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or Automation Engineering.
- Graduated in 2023, 2024, or 2025 with First Class or Second Class Upper (or equivalent).
- A Master’s in Business Administration or a related discipline is an added advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills — written and spoken.
- Strong learning mindset, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
- Driven by purpose, innovation, and the desire to make an impact in Africa.
