This is a full-time, remote opportunity offering between $45–$100 per hour depending on your experience and location.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Label, annotate, and evaluate data related to administrative and operational systems using proprietary AI tools.
- Deliver accurate and curated datasets for training next-generation AI models in workflow optimization, inventory control, and business operations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to refine processes and ensure exceptional data quality.
- Identify operational challenges that improve AI performance and decision-making.
- Maintain consistency, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in administrative services, operations, or project management (e.g., operations manager, purchasing agent, or administrative services manager).

Work Setup & Compensation
This role can be done remotely or on-site in Palo Alto, California. Remote workers will align with local time zones after an initial two-week PST schedule. Applicants must have a reliable laptop (Mac, Windows 10+, or Chromebook) and smartphone access. Visa sponsorship is not available. U.S. candidates must reside outside Wyoming and Illinois.
