What You’ll Do
- Lead multiple engineering teams building distributed microservices and latency-sensitive full-stack systems.

- Preferred: Master’s degree; 9+ years development in Java/Python/Go/Node/Rust; 4+ years with public cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure); 7+ years people management; Agile experience.

Compensation & Location
Remote (any U.S. location) / Richmond, VA: $204,900 – $233,800 annual. Role may include performance-based incentives and a full benefits package. Actual offer depends on location and experience.
