Job Overview
We’re seeking a Creative Graphic Designer & Social Media Engagement Manager to join our vibrant Lagos team. This role combines artistry, strategy, and digital storytelling — perfect for a passionate designer who loves crafting eye-catching visuals and driving online engagement for top-tier brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and design assets for print, digital, and social campaigns.
- Design brand materials including logos, illustrations, banners, and layouts that communicate brand identity.
- Manage and grow Optimum Exposures’ social media presence with captivating and relevant content.
- Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to execute visually aligned campaigns.
- Create promotional materials for events, activations, and corporate projects.
- Ensure brand consistency across all media and maintain creative quality standards.
- Stay updated on global design and social media trends to enhance campaign performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Social Media Creative.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and relevant design tools.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing and social engagement strategies.
