About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes.
- Support employee welfare, engagement, and conflict resolution initiatives.
- Monitor attendance, leave schedules, and performance appraisals.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
- Prepare HR letters, reports, and payroll data for processing.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years HR experience, preferably in healthcare or service industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HR software and Nigerian labor laws.
- Excellent organizational and reporting abilities.
