Who is this for?

The Front Desk Officer serves as the face of the clinic. You will manage patient interactions, coordinate appointments, assist with eyewear selections, and support the clinic team to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and assistance to patients using clinic services and products.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, letters, and in-person interactions courteously.
- Resolve patient concerns and complaints professionally.
- Prepare medical correspondence and type reports.
- Notify patients when glasses or lenses are ready and manage appointment changes.
- Serve as cashier and storekeeper for frames, lenses, and accessories.
- Assist patients in selecting eyewear based on lifestyle and budget.
- Maintain inventory and sales records weekly.
- Enter orders for eyeglasses, lenses, and accessories accurately.
- Educate patients on proper use of eyewear.
- Work with optometrists to ensure prescriptions are fulfilled.
- Track payments and manage debtor records.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum OND qualification.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
- Must live near Obanikoro, Lagos.
- Strong customer service, communication, and active listening skills.
- Attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good product knowledge and market awareness.
Salary: N100,000 Monthly
