About the Role
PulsePoint is seeking a passionate and highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join its Data & Analytics team. This is a full-time, fully remote position open to candidates across India. You’ll be at the forefront of developing data-driven healthcare solutions, transforming complex datasets into insights that drive strategic decisions and improve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data science and statistical projects that power PulsePoint’s healthcare analytics products.
- Design methodologies for user identification and product measurement.
- Enhance healthcare provider (HCP) onboarding, targeting, and measurement systems.
- Build, test, and implement machine learning models using Python and PySpark.
- Develop scalable data pipelines and frameworks for efficient data processing and model deployment.
- Evaluate external data partners for identity resolution, targeting, or performance measurement.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for internal teams on data tools, troubleshooting, and best practices.
Requirements
- 4–5+ years of hands-on experience in data science and analytics.
- Strong background in statistical modeling and experimentation for product optimization.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed systems like Apache Spark.
- Experience collaborating on ML model design and production deployment.
- Expertise in ETL/ELT pipeline development and scalable data access systems.
- Availability to work from 2:30pm–11:30pm IST.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience organizing large datasets and storytelling through data visualization.
- Background in AdTech or health-related data.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹24–40 LPA (including PF, Gratuity, and ₹25,000 medical premium).
- Target annual bonus of approximately 5% of gross earnings.
