The Retail Sales Representative will oversee daily store activities — from driving sales and engaging customers to managing inventory and maintaining a vibrant store presence online. The ideal candidate is proactive, trustworthy, and passionate about retail excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Service: Welcome customers warmly, assist with product recommendations, and meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately while maintaining proper sales records.
- Ensure exceptional in-store customer experiences and lasting relationships.
- Store Operations & Inventory Management: Open and close the store in line with company procedures, monitor stock levels, and assist with stock audits.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually attractive.
- Reporting & Administration: Prepare daily or weekly reports using Excel or Google Sheets and support audit processes when required.
- Social Media & Brand Engagement: Manage Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and other platforms by creating engaging visual content, responding to inquiries, and processing online orders.
Qualifications & Skills
- OND, NCE, HND, or BSc in any field (Business, Marketing, or related areas preferred).
- 1–3 years’ experience in retail, fashion, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Active familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business.
- Honest, organized, and dependable with a drive for growth.

- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
