About the Role
This full-time role is ideal for individuals with a background in engineering, quantity surveying, or architecture who have hands-on experience in facility management or construction supervision. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, team coordination, and adherence to project timelines and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all daily site and facility operations at the Lekki-Epe Expressway site.
- Monitor and enforce safety standards and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate effectively with maintenance, construction, and management teams.
- Ensure projects meet quality benchmarks and deadlines.
- Manage stakeholder communication regarding site updates and performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc, HND, or OND in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture.

Compensation
- ₦120,000 per month during a 3-month probation period.
- ₦150,000 per month upon confirmation.
