Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Storytelling

• Develop high-quality football content including reels, graphics, match previews, reviews, and short videos.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly content calendars aligned with fixtures, news, and trending topics.
• Convert live football moments into immediate posts—memes, score updates, and highlights.
• Write fan-centric captions optimized for each social platform.

Live Updates & Match-Day Coverage

• Provide real-time coverage of NPFL, EPL, La Liga, UEFA, CAF tournaments, and other leagues.
• Share live commentary, stats, graphics, and reaction posts during matches.

Engagement & Community Management

• Respond to fan interactions and trending conversations promptly.
• Grow a loyal football community with daily organic engagement strategies.

Strategy & Growth

• Refine brand voice to balance credibility with fan excitement.
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest new content ideas or campaigns.

Creative Collaboration

• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and writers for top-quality content.
• Support scripting for shows, reaction videos, and fan-opinion segments.

Analytics & Trend Monitoring

• Track KPIs such as reach, impressions, engagement, and audience growth.
• Stay updated on football news, viral moments, and transfer stories.

Requirements

• Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years managing social media, football niche preferred.
• Proven portfolio of football content.
• Availability on weekends and match days is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of NPFL, EPL, La Liga, UCL, AFCON, UEFA competitions.
• Proficiency in creating/editing short videos (CapCut, Premiere, InShot) and basic graphics (Canva).
• Excellent writing, captioning, and storytelling skills for football content.
• Ability to work independently, creatively, and under pressure on match days.
