Who is this for?

Eligibility & Who Can Apply
Organisations must be youth-led (18–35) and formally registered in any of these eligible African countries:
Ethiopia, Kenya, Mozambique, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia (Somaliland Region), Tanzania, Tunisia, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe
For the Cooperation Grants, youth-led organisations from EU member states are also eligible.
The Four AU–EU Youth Action Lab Grants
1. Innovation Grants (€30,000–€40,000)
Supports youth-led innovations addressing community challenges with long-term, scalable solutions.

4. Cooperation Grants (€50,000)
Supports cross-continental partnerships between Africa and Europe through joint advocacy and research initiatives.
- Funding: €50,000
- 2–4 partner consortium required
- Focus on engagement, advocacy, inclusion, and policy shaping
