Role Overview

The Hair Attachment Tailor will stitch, assemble, and finish hair bundles into professional-grade wigs and attachments. You will ensure every product meets quality and durability standards before it reaches clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Stitch and assemble hair bundles into wigs, ponytails, closures, and frontal attachments.
• Customize and ventilate frontals and closures by knotting hair strands where required.
• Repair wigs and hair pieces — re-stitch tracks, add bundles, or replace closures/frontals.
• Measure head sizes accurately for wig fitting and customization.
• Style and finish wigs: bleach knots, pluck frontals, trim excess lace, and tidy edges.
• Maintain sewing machines and tailoring equipment to ensure functionality.
• Inspect finished attachments to guarantee quality consistency and durability.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily/weekly output targets.
• Keep the workstation clean, organized, and safe.
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to meet client orders and deadlines.

Requirements

• SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
• 2–3 years relevant experience in wig making, hair attachment tailoring, or similar roles.
