Role Description
Swift Networks is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused graduate trainee to function as a retention specialist within its customer care team. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, resolve service issues, gather feedback, and contribute to strategies that improve customer satisfaction and retention.
The position requires empathy, patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain professional under pressure while handling technical and service-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to inbound and outbound customer calls and resolving issues promptly
- Handling technical queries related to VOIP, Internet, LTE, WTTx, Fibre, and WiFi services
- Using CRM systems to log, track, and resolve customer complaints
- Escalating complex issues to relevant internal teams using approved tools
- Assisting customers with online payment processing and service usage
- Developing and implementing customer retention strategies
- Negotiating renewals and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Providing regular feedback to supervisors on customer trends and concerns
- Participating in training sessions and staying updated on product offerings
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of a 2:1 (Upper Credit) Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Entry-level role – suitable for fresh graduates
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Working knowledge of CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
- High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism
