We are seeking a creative Social Media Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, engagement, and sales through compelling content, smart strategy, and effective ads in our diagnostic and wellness services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content (photos, videos, graphics) aligned with brand identity.
- Plan and manage paid ads on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Manage community engagement and influencer collaborations.
- Support product launches, promotions, and sales-driven campaigns.
- Monitor analytics and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
- Engage with followers professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate digital promotions, raffles, and client engagement activities.
- Work closely with management to maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Ensure online reputation management and customer interaction tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3–5 years of social media/digital marketing experience in diagnostics or wellness services.
- Strong skills in content creation, storytelling, and paid advertising.
- Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
- Creative, data-driven, and detail-oriented.
